Um dos problemas de fotografar no Inverno é a luz. Os dias são, na sua maioria, cinzentos, além de que escurece demasiado cedo. Um dos pontos negativos da minha altura preferida do ano. Foi o que aconteceu com estas fotos. Às vezes parece que está a luz perfeita na câmera, mas quando passamos as fotos para o PC é que percebemos que as coisas são bem diferentes. Mas nada que a edição não corrija, na maioria dos casos. O que acham? Espero que gostem e tenham um bom dia! Beijo

One of the biggest shooting problems during Winter time is the light. The days are usually more grey and it gets dark too early. One of the negative points of my favourite time of the year. It was what happened to these pictures. Sometimes it looks like the light is top in the camera but then when you see the pictures on the computer you might realize than not so much. Still, I always love the result and there's (almost) nothing a little bit of edition doesn't solve, right? What do you think? Hope you like it and have a nice day! Kisses

Adoro esta altura do ano! Está frio, as ruas estão cheias de folhas e enchem-se de luzes, o ambiente agitado que se sente na cidade é animador, pedem-se bebidas quentes por todo o lado e sente-se o espírito natalício em toda a parte. É também uma das alturas mais stressantes para mim! No trabalho fica tudo frenético, há tanta coisa para fazer e tudo para ontem! Depois é preciso pensar nas prendas que se tem de comprar, mas também não há tempo para as comprar. E começa tudo a gerar uma bola de neve até ao último dia, em que estou uma verdadeira pilha de nervos até chegar finalmente a casa e acalmar um pouco. Antes de começar o frenesim em casa! É a altura mais bonita do ano, mas também a mais caótica. Concordam? Espero que gostem e tenham um bom dia! Beijo

 

I love this time of the year! It's cold, the streets are full of leafs and filled with little lights, the rush you can feel in the city is exciting, everyone's asking for hot drinks everywhere and you can feel the xmas vibes in every corner. It's also the most stressing time of the year for me! The work just gets bigger, there's so much to do and all for yesterday. And I need to think about the presents I need to get but I don't have the time to. And it's all a big snow ball until the very last day when I'm seriously freaking out to finally get home. Bom dia! Como foi o vosso fim-de-semana? Os meus dias têm sido passados a correr e cheios de trabalho, mas hoje estou de folga e vou aproveitar para fazer o que mais gosto! Depois de almoço vou ter com a Lena para fotografarmos uns outfits, experimentar um sítio novo (novo para mim, porque é um dos espaços mais antigos do Porto e eu nunca lá fui #shameonme) e dar uma volta pela cidade. Morning! How was your weekend? My days have been a rush and full of work but today I have the day off and I'm gonna enjoy to do what I like most! After lunch I'm gonna meet Lena to shoot new outfit pictures for the blog, get to know a new place (new for me because it's the most coffee in Porto and I never been there #shameonme) and stroll around the city. One of the cosiest outfits I wore lately! Found this amazing sweater at Primark last week - I confess I'm not the biggest fan of their knits - and it's seriously the softest thing ever! MY TOP 3 COFFEE PLACES

Bom dia! Hoje decidi partilhar com vocês os meus três cafés preferidos na cidade. São todos na baixa do Porto, claro, e vou lá imensas vezes! São ótimos para aquele café ou cappuccino, mas também para um lanche ou até para pôr a conversa em dia. Espero que gostem e digam-me nos comentários se já conhecem algum e qual a vossa opinião! Morning! Today I decided to share my top 3 coffee places in my hometown. They're all downtown Porto and I go there many many times! They're great for just a cup of coffee or a cappuccino but also for a snack or just catch up. Hope you enjoy it and tell me if you've been to any and what's your oppinion! Kisses 

Noshi. É o que conheci mais recentemente, mas já é o meu preferido! É ótimo para tudo, até para almoço. O menu é vasto, mas encontram apenas versões mais saudáveis. Sempre que estou perto é onde vou. / It's the most recent of the list but it's already my favourite! It's really great for every meal and the menu is healthy stuff. Everytime I'm near by I end up there. 

Moustache. Um dos mais antigos que conheço, mas continua a ser dos meus favoritos. É bem perto do Noshi, mas tem uma vibe completamente diferente. Tudo menos saudável, é ótimo para ir tomar uma bebida quente e uma fatia de bolo! / One of the oldest I know but still a big favourite! It's actually pretty close to Noshi but with a tottally different vibe. Anything but healthy, this place is awesome for a hot drink and a slice of cake!

Mesa 325. Este sítio já é mais afastado dos outros dois, por isso não costumo passar tantas vezes, mas adoro! O espaço é super acolhedor e calmo e servem bolos ótimos! Também é ideal para trabalhar ou estudar. / This is a little bit far away from the others so I don't go there that often, but I still love it! The space is amazing, super calm and cosy. The cakes are seriously divine and it's the perfect place for study or work.

Adoro looks monocromáticos - os que mais uso são pretos ou cinza, óbvio - e cada vez gosto mais de arriscar e sair um pouco da minha zona de conforto (nunca esquecendo a minha essência though). Como já referi imensas vezes, esta é a minha altura preferida do ano e sinto-me sempre mil vezes mais inspirada para criar outfits. As ideias simplesmente vão surgindo, you know? Já tenho mais uns quantos looks pensados com estas calças (que são novas btw), por isso aguardem. O que acham do look? Devia usar mais vezes conjuntos monocromáticos coloridos? I love monochromatic looks - obviously I wear all black and all grey all the time - and I'm feeling like I'm enjoying getting out of my comfort zone (never forgetting my essence though). As I mentioned many times before, this is my favourite time of the year so I always get so inspired to create outfits. The ideas just came you know?
