TREND: CORSET

Se há tendência que tenho adorado são os corsets ou espartilhos. De vários estilos, formas, cores e tecidos, adoro vê-los conjugados com camisas, t-shirts, sweaters, casacos e até vestidos! Dá um toque super diferente e irreverente, além de ser uma peça statement. Gostava de arriscar e experimentar. Digam-me nos comentários qual é a vossa opinião acerca desta tendência! I'm loving the corset trend right now. They came in a lot of different shapes, colors, tissues and I love to see them styled with t-shirts, shirts, sweaters, jackets and even dresses! It gives a cool and irreverent touch to the whole outfit besides it's a statement piece. I would love to give it a try. Tell me in the comments below what's your oppinion about this subject. No seguimento deste post, no qual (obviamente) me inspirei, surgiu este outfit. E a ideia de que, efetivamente, um trench coat é um essencial. Essencial esse que me está a faltar, por isso tenho um grande lapso no armário. Depois de ter pedido este emprestado à Lena, comecei a pensar em inúmeras ocasiões em que o podia usar e a quantidade absurda de outfits que conseguia criar com esta peça. Por isso acho que está mesmo na hora de investir num bom trench coat! Digam-me o que acham nos comentários e contem-me se esta peça faz parte do vosso closet ou não! Following this post, in which I obviously got inspired by, this outfit came. And the idea that actually a trench coat is a must. One that I don't have in my wardrobe, so I have a closet lapse. A big one. After I borrowed this one from Lena, I started thinking in many ocasions and outfits I could wear this piece so I think it's really time to invest in one of these! STEAK N SHAKE

Na semana passada fui, juntamente com a Lena, conhecer o sítio do momento. Estou a falar da hamburgueria Steak n Shake, que abriu recentemente cá no Porto. Como grandes fãs de hambúrgueres, claro que tínhamos de ir experimentar! O sítio está brutal: tem três pisos, uma parede exterior espetacular em azulejos coloridos, uma decoração interior muito americana e um menu de fazer crescer água na boca. Os burguers são, efetivamente, ótimos e o espaço é super acolhedor, com funcionários super queridos e atenciosos. Um ponto de passagem obrigatório! Já foram lá? Contem-me tudo! Apesar de não ser uma pessoa de saias e vestidos, às vezes dá mesmo vontade de sair da nossa zona de conforto e usar algo diferente (apesar de nem tanto). Comprei esta saia no meu aniversário, o ano passado, e usei-a, no máximo, umas duas vezes #shameonme! Por isso decidi que estava mais que na altura de a usar outra vez, ainda para mais o tempo já começou a aquecer, não há altura melhor. Claro que não podia deixar de dar o meu toque pessoal ao conjunto. Sim, estou a usar saia, mas o registo de todo o look sou eu, sem dúvida alguma. E senti-me muito bem, na verdade, a usá-lo. Despite the fact that I'm not really into skirts or dresses, sometimes you just have that feeling of stepping out of your comfort zone - you know? - and just try and wear something different. I bought this skirt last year for my birthday and only wore it like twice #shameonme! So I decided it was time to wear it again, since the weather is also warming up there's no better time. Of course I couldn't wear it without my personal touch. Yes, I'm wearing a skirt, but the whole outfit is still totally me. And I felt very good wearing it, which is also important. Maybe I'll start wearing dresses and skirts more often. Andava ansiosa para vos mostrar estas duas peças: o blazer e a camisa. São ambas completamente a minha cara e, ainda que um bocado opostas, complementam-se na perfeição. Sabem que não sou muito de usar cor, mas adoro toda a paleta de cores de azul. Este casaco foi um daqueles mega achados de fim de saldos (que eu esta estação não comprei quase nada), é da coleção Studio e custou-me uns meros 20€. I've been wanting to show you guys these two pieces: the blazer and the shirt. They're both just what I like and, even if a bit opposite, they just go perfectly together. You know that I'm not really a color person, but I really love all shades of blue. This jacket was one of those last sales amazing finds (I actually didn't bought much), it's from Studio collection and it was only 20€. I love this outfit, hope you do too! Pull&Bear

Esta imagem é puro mood. Um conjunto bem casual chic, com aquela vibe cool que eu adoro! Usava já, apesar de saltos altos não serem bem a minha onda, como vocês bem sabem. Mas tudo o resto é: jeans rasgados, sweat, o espartilho - que está a começar a entranhar na ideia - e a gabardine, tão essencial e a faltar no meu armário! Btw, esta é perfeita, não acham? This picture is pure mood. A very casual chic look with that cool vibe I love so much! I'd wear it right away, except for those heels, as you may know I'm not the biggest fan. But everything else is oh so me: distroyed denim, sweat, the 'so in' corset - I'm really getting into the idea - and the trench, such a basic piece that's it's totally missing in my wardrobe! Btw, this one is perfect, don't you agree? Right now I'm on my way to meet Lena at downtown, we're gonna shoot some outfit pictures and then I'm gonna spend the afternoon with my goddaugher. FEBRUARY WISHLIST

Bom dia! Estou finalmente de folga outra vez e tenho um dia cheio pela frente! Agora de manhã vou adiantar algum trabalho para o blog, depois saio para ir almoçar com a Lena à baixa e aproveito para fotografar o look do dia (tenho umas peças novas que estou mortinha por usar!). Morning! I'm finally off duty again and I have so much to do today! Right now I'm getting work done for the blog but later I'm going to meet Lena dowtown for lunch and we're also gonna shoot new outfit pictures (I have new pieces I'm dying to wear!).
