NEW EXPERIENCE

Bom dia! Como foi o vosso fim-de-semana? Eu estive ontem de folga e tive um dia bem preenchido! Fui até ao shopping de tarde e à noite tive um evento no shopping Parque Nascente referente à noite dos Óscares, super divertido! Hoje partilho com vocês algumas imagens que tirei no fim-de-semana passado (já fez uma semana). Fui até ao El Corte usufruir de uma maquilhagem da MAC que me tinham oferecido pelo meu aniversário. Este foi o resultado (eu adorei!) e ainda trouxe três produtos ótimos! Querem ver quais? Boa segunda-feira! xx 

Morning! How was your weekend? I was off duty yesterday and had a busy day! In the afternoon I went to the mall and in the evening I had this event at Parque Nascente shopping mall, referring to the Oscars night, super fun! Today I share with you some pictures I took last weekend (like a week ago). I went to El Corte to do a makeup at MAC that I received for my birthday. This was the result (I love it!) and I also got three cool products, do you want to see? Happy Monday! xx

Há peças que, por mais que gostemos, temos sempre tendência a achar que não são para nós, por um motivo ou outro. Tenho vários (nem sequer vou por aí) e os casacos muito compridos são um deles. Não sou muito alta nem muito magra, por isso acho sempre que me vão fazer parecer mais gorda e baixa. Anyway, girl issues. Quando vi a Bárbara com este casaco adorei! Pensei 'eu quero aquele casaco, é lindo!'. Pois bem, experimentei o casaco e arrisquei a comprá-lo. É uma daquelas peças que saem um pouco da nossa zona de conforto, mas valem bem a pena! Por isso, sempre que tiverem dúvidas deste gênero, experimentem. Só assim é que vão saber se realmente se pode adequar a vocês ou não. Espero que gostem! xx 

There are some piece of clothes that, as much as we like them, we always have that feeling that it won't work for us. I have some (not even going trough it) and long coats are included. I'm not tall or skinny and I always think I'll look shorter and fatter. Anyway, girl issues, right? When I saw Bárbara wearing this coat I loved it and I thought 'I want that jacket, it's gorgeous!'. Well, I tried it on and decided to buy it. It's one of those pieces that are out of our comfrtable zone but totally worth it! So everytime you feel like me with something, just try it on and give it a chance. Only that way you can see if it'll work for you or not. Hope you like it folks! xx

OFFICE GOALS

IKEA table, chair, fur rug and plants; PRIMARK frame and notebook; H&M candle 

Finalmente mostro-vos o meu mini escritório! Já há muito que andava a precisar de um espaço de trabalho e a pensar como ia resolver a questão. Finalmente decidi-me a explorar melhor a casa para ir em frente com o plano e cá está o resultado! A casa não é muito grande, por isso tive de improvisar um pouco e adotei um cantinho na sala de estar. Comprei a mesa branca, pequena e prática. Depois disso, o maior dilema foi a cadeira. Queria algo giro e confortável. A escolha final foi esta cadeira giratória com rodas e adoro-a, apesar de ser um pouco grande para o espaço em questão :P foi só colocar o meu tapete de pêlo em cima e ficou muito mais acolhedor! Para dar ambiente, adicionei uns cactos e uma suculenta assim como umas revistas, um bloco de notas e uma vela. Não podia estar mais contente com o resultado final. Que acham? I finally show you my mini office! I wanted a little office for my own for such a long time and I've been thinking about it for months. I've been exploring my home for a cool space and went on with it! My house is not big so I needed to improvise a little and took a corner on my living room. Bought the small and practical white table and the the biggest dilemma was the chair because I wanted something comfortable and pretty. Choosed this grey one and I love it, even it being a little too big for the space :P then I just put on my fur rug and it got cosier! To give that ambience I opted for some green (cactus and succulent), some magazines, a notebook and a candle. I couldn't be happier with the final result. What do you think? Depois do post nostálgico de ontem pelas ruas de Paris, passamos hoje para as ruas de Londres, onde os olhos e as lentes dos fotógrafos estão focados. É a vez da LFW e os looks tendem a ser mais sóbrios. Ainda não vi muitas imagens de street style, por isso decidi partilhar estas que adorei. Espero que gostem! xx

After yesterday's nostalgic post trough the streets of Paris we move now to the streets of Londo, where all it's happening. It's time for LFW and the outfits usually are more soft then in NY. NOSTALGIC MONDAY

São tantas as vezes em que penso em Paris e nos maravilhosos três dias que passei lá. Sem dúvida dos melhores da minha vida! Paris acolheu-me como se fosse a minha casa, senti-me como se lá pertencesse... viajar enriquece tanto a alma! A sentir-me bastante nostálgica hoje. Estou com muita vontade de lá voltar e também de conhecer outras cidades e culturas. Ansiosa pela próxima viagem! Espero que gostem destas fotos, ainda não tinha partilhado nenhuma delas por aqui. I think of Paris and those three day I spent there so many times. Some of the best days of my life! Paris took me as if was my house, I fet like I belong there... to travel enriches our soul! I'm feeling very nostalgic today. I really wanna go to Paris again soon but I also want to know new citys and different cultures. So anxious for the next trip! COLD OUTSIDE

Tem estado um frio horrível, mesmo de Inverno, mas parece que ao menos o sol vem para ajudar um pouco. Para combater o frio, só mesmo com camadas e roupas quentes, como é o caso deste casaco que eu adoro e que ainda não tinha usado esta temporada! Já não é a primeira vez que o combino com outro padrão (sempre riscas) e adoro a combinação, por isso decidi apostar novamente. Estes sapatos foram o último achado de saldos! Andava a namorá-los desde a nova coleção e no sábado, numa visita rápida à loja online, não resisti. Chegaram na Terça-feira e tinha de os estrear logo! :P são mega confortáveis e suuuuper a minha cara, love them! xx 

It's been so freacking cold these days, now we really have Winter time! At least seems like sun wants to come out to help a little bit. With these kind of temperatures, the only solution is layering and wear the most warm clothes you have like this faux fur jacket. It's not the first time I combine it with another pattern (always stripes though) and I love it! These shoes are new, my last sales find. On Saturday, during a quick visit to the online store I couldn't help myself, I've been drooling over them since they came out, so... They arrived on Tuesday and, of course, I had to wear them right away! They're so comfortable and sooooo me, love them! xx

NYFW STREET STYLE

Nova Iorque está a passar por um período de frio e chuva, mas nada que impeça as fashionistas de assistir aos shows que estão a decorrer até amanhã. Camadas e muito pêlo têm sido uma constante, assim como os tons mais neutros e claros. Já sabem que não dispenso 'ingerir' fotos de street style, para mim a verdadeira fonte de inspiração! Hoje estou de folga e vou ter um dia bastante ocupado. Neste momento estou prestes a sair de casa para ir ter com a Lena e fotografar os looks, sendo que depois disso tenho de voltar, almoçar e ir a uma consulta (de rotina). Mais logo vou-me encontrar com as meninas (Ju, Babi e Carlinha) para um jantar e umas comprinhas. Digam-me, como vai ser o vosso dia? Espero que gostem do post! xx

New York is in full period of cold and rain but nothing can keep away fashionistas to attend the shows. Lots of layers and faux fur are their life safers and we also see a lot of neutral and light colors. You know I'm a big fan of street style, it's my favourite kind of inspiration! I'm not working today, but I have a busy day ahead. I'm leaving home in a few minutes to meet Lena and shoot some outfit pictures, then back home to lunch and off we go again to a routine medical appointment. Later I'm going to meet the girls (Ju, Babi & Carlinha) for dinner and a shopping spree. Tell me, how your day is going to be? Hope you like the post! Bye bye xx
